To be honest, Poka is a fast-developing area in Epe. I didn't deal with all these expensive Estates selling hinterland at extremely exorbitant fee . I wish I had sufficient fund. I would have gone for more than a plot.

I think electricity is not bad in the area, of course you can't rule out the Nigerian factor.

I just wanna have an idea of how many hours per day.
Like in some areas
You can get 12 hrs daily.
Other areas 18 hrs daily.
I am so sorry if my questions are too much
