Sensible Nigerians

let me give you some sincere advice, you will not get to the Ibo presidency you desire this way. Ibos cannot get the presidency without votes from other Nigerians. There is no Nigerian that will not tell you that ordinarily it is not time an Ibo becomes president. But you cannot say if a man is not in support or votes for an ibo man, he is not sensible, you are insulting his intelligence, you are effectively saying you know better than him and have a right to tell him how to think. You cannot threaten people or be patronising and expect them to vote for you. You need to build bridges not destroy them. What you should be doing is to give him a reason why especially in this era of tribal politics he should support your tribe. If you abuse a man based on his tribe, you may feel good for a minute but he will just withdraw his support for the ibos which is what you really need, whether you are prepared to admit it or not. Every region in this country has been president except the SE and the NE. the presidency doesnt mean as much to those who have had it as it does to those who havent....so if you antagonise those who you need to achieve your goals, it is not them you hurt, it is yourselves!!!!

if you want to sleep with a woman you dont tell her "if you are sensible you would sleep with me", if you want a job your dont tell your prospective employer if he is sensible he should employ you!. so why would you need someone's vote and tell them they arent sensible if they dont vote for you?

Take this as well meaning advice!!
