one of the best games ive seen d tigress ply on the international scene since the 2018 world cup.
at a point they were 20 points down!... but no not these girls, with their neva say die attitude.
they rallied from the third quarter to mount an impressive comeback...
d tigress didn't start leading unit about 4 minutes till the end...
great team spirit despite missing their captain ezinne kalu...
i hope they take this form to their next game against mali on Sunday and wrap up qualification for the world cup later this year. we beat them at the afrobasket and we'll surely beat them again.
sweet revenge against france tho, after they beat us at the Olympics.
if only the old men at nbbf would resolve their evalasting issues.... sigh..

Good ambassadors of the country, not some foolish people I see on nairaland everyday

While the D'Tigress are making Nigeria Proud, the NBBF here in Nigeria is embroiled in a leadership crisis in which there seems to be no end. They will tell players to be patriotic but they themselves will not sacrifice their selfish interest for the good of the country.
