My question is: why are roads constructed under his administration already taken over by potholes less than a decade after?

If he couldn't ensure delivery of quality projects to Ndi Anambra, how would he do same for Nigeria? Anambra is Nigeria's second smallest state by landmass yet he couldn't stay on top of projects activities in his state.
