The PDP government of Obasanjo and the subsequent ones investigated the death of Funsho Willians for about 8 years and never questioned Tinubu or any member of the then opposition ACN. All fingers pointed at PDP members who were then struggling to get the party’s ticket.

Obasanjo refused to make public the findings of police investigation into the murder because it was a PDP job. Harry Marshal, Bola Ige, Ayo Daramola, Funsho Williams and so many other assassinations that took place under Obasanjo were never resolved because they were carried out by PDP members.
