This is cheating, why should they have 2 candidates contesting under one party because their preselection matter is in court. Supporters of both candidates will vote for one party and there won't be protest votes which is usual in democracy for their opponents

Our constitution doesn't allow independent candidacy so in the eyes of the law you vote for party and not for the candidate.

But those are the areas where you have most of the population and the ordinary folks. That means the common man in Abuja still prefers APC to PDP thus still sees PDP as elitist party.

APC is still very strong in Nigeria with this results. The noise on social media is not making any impact.
