You live in Ukraine,you should know better on how the legal system works. Why not get off your butt,walk into any divorce attorney office and explain yourself. Or just Google " Divorce attorneys in Ukraine/ city you live in Ukraine?
Instead you log into a forum where less than 0.1% of its users have been to Ukraine to seek advice.

Hello. It is often the case that a person who has moved to this country has not lived there long and has not yet been able to understand the legal system.
