Please I keep having this same issue whenever I on my laptop, please what the best solution to it

Once I on it, it will keep showing it, until I press enter close to 12-15 times before it boot to normal desktop

Check the hard drive, it is either corrupt or not sitting properly.

Don't mind that slowpoke,he knows nothing.
Your laptop couldn't load to windows desktop, because
1, The drive where your windows is installed is not detected by the BIOS. Maybe your laptop fell or you hit it against something that unhooks the hard drive. Solution is to remove the drive and place it back correctly.
2. Your hard drive do not contain any OS installation,that is its empty. Solution is to install OS of your choice.
3. The windows OS installed on the drive is corrupted. Solution is to re- install OS.
