Apparently incensed by the way the security forces takes over the high court in Abuja any time IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu's case is to be heard, Justice Binta Nyako, has moved his case to 1 PM to allow other cases to be heard Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja has warned the Department of the State Services against taking over the security arrangement of the court on February 16 until 12 pm. The court instructed DSS to only take control of the court security arrangement when the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, on terrorism charges resumes. Nyako complained that trials of other cases are affected each time Kanu’s trial takes place due to heavy security presence and blockade of roads leading to the court. Until May 2023, Kanu will just be going to court for adjournment, nothing tangible will come out of the monkey incarceration, he will be in perpetual bondage for months if not years, he is a prisoner of buhari, he remains until buhari's regime expires. cheeers 3 Likes
