I dont know what Ferran Torres did to deserve all these attacks. I was shocked to see how fans were lashing out to him. Someone that just joined the club last month. Whereas old cargo like Dembulance is being spared. I have never seen where Debroslink attacked Dembele despite costing the club a huge 140 million outlay and missing over 120 games for the club and scoring just 31 goals in almost 5 years at the club.

In how many games prior to today have Barcelona created high quality chances? This team was in the doldrums and is just getting back to form. A player can also be nervous and less composed because he knows the expectations on him. If his issue was misplacing passes, not being available where chances should have been etc then one can be worried. Not in a game that a good finisher missed chances. That aspect can easily be fixed with consistency and composure.

Fast forward early last year and he was consistently scoring our match winning goals and saving us. We will remember what Koeman said that time that at least he was being in Positions where he's supposed to be. Confidence will come for scoring later with consistency.

Bros forget this thing. Ferran seems to have gotten the biggest I'll treatment since my time on this thread.
And I'm not talking about criticism from bang average players with no talent. I'm talking about good or decent or talented players we got who hit critiqued.

For every promising or top player who got criticised for poor performance there's always an almost equal number of defendants for them.

I.e Dembele got more than enough share of defendants as well as critics. Same with Coutinho from Liverpool cos of his performance in England. Griezmann also had some sort of support saying he'll adapt later on as he witnessed pattern difference. De Jong too. Even Depay sef get staunch supporters.

Those criticism were nothing unlike Ferran's own that you see more than 80% if not 95% of the fanbase wey wan kill am chop.
