There are stupid cultures world over.
From wearing bombs to kill people so as to make heaven, to female genital mutilation, to honor killing. You shouldn't be this much upset cos yours is somewhat mildly less stupid. Culture should be dynamic. With time people stood against slavery, killing of innocent newborn twins. Maybe with time folks in SA will see reason to have their female minors more properly and decently clad.
