The level of insecurity in the east is currently alarming. This evening as I was trying to board a vehicle from the Ekwulobia urban mass in Oko. The next thing we heard was heavy gunshots,three face caped boys came out of a tinted vehicle without plate number and were seriously shooting in the air. This was how activities came to a standstill and people scampered for safety...passengers and drivers ran for their dear life. Few mins after the whole thing died down and passengers in the vehicle I was returned with two passengers who ran away and that’s how the driver started the journey. I can’t wait to finish up the little stuff I came to do and go back to base. No security in the east o. You’re on ur own.
