If you know you don't want to have ippis problems or future issues you better go with the DOB in your BVN & DOB cert.
Don't panic the 1993 is inconsequential to say the least.

They should be able to use ur neco,,, if ur birth cert and other documents are complementary... That's if there's no disparity anywhere... Just be ready for d worst I swear cuz small thing go frustrate u no be small...
