It would appear that intelligence is the primary determinant of economic performance and security realities of a nation. The more intellectually challenged a nation is the worse the economic outlook becomes. Republic of Nauru used to be the richest nation on earth before but is now poor. Many oil producing nations view the natural resources as a curse but Norway has a national surplus of 1.4 trillion dollars while Nigeria has a begging bowl .The average I.Q of a nation and and it's well being appears to be linked. Any nation with a preponderance of intellectually stunted citizens will always struggle and like in Nigeria's case migration would become desirable
