The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, psc(+), NPM, fdc, has taken time out to congratulate the famous Police Constable, Mary Yetunde Aina (aka Iron Abbey), on her victory in the international championship bout against Laura Pain of the United Kingdom.

Iron Abbey as she's popularly called defeated Laura Pain on her home soil, to clinch the World Boxing Foundation (WBF) International Super Bantamweight title belt at City Coast Centre in Portslade.

Abbey, who works for the Lagos State Police Command, has made a name for herself in the boxing world, winning various prizes and recommendations as an amateur boxing referee.
