Position: Operation Manager-Hotel A Four star rated hotel located in Oyo State is in need of a person who has knowledge in hospitality & hotel Management for urgent employment. Roles: - Works hand in hand with the Hotel leadership. - oversees and confers with all other guest service agents in and outside the facility - He/She provides a Management oversight function on service delivery - Mentally alert to spot unacceptable practices/behaviours and decisively intervene to prevent further escalation. - The Operations Manager laises with the Client Management on strategic business wins . - A high level professional with all round business knowledge and self discipline to drive change initiative and uphold business ethical tenets.
