Leadership is not command and control. You inspire your followers to get them to work with you. My context is based on the conviction that I have the right attitude, the right vision, to fix this nation and make it a great country. A leader should see beyond what others see, they must see right and communicate right to the followers to let them understand what they see and their ears must be open to the voice of the people. We have to harness our human and material resources for development. Nigeria has what it takes to become a developed nation.
