As an expert you can budget 75m to 100m depending on how luxury you want the hotel to be.

The truth is that you can't get the cost of a big project like this through guess work. This is one of the causes of project abandonment in Nigeria. If you are building the same building in Kaduna and Lagos; the cost can never be the same. Provide the working drawings and let an expert do it for you.
