First bank is backward in almost everything.
This is the 6th time, first bank is deducting my money without crediting me while buying airtime or buying data.
This time around, I visit their branch for complain after deducted me 1200 without crediting me. The customer care said they will log complain after 24 hour.

This morning I called them via phone call, they asked me to call by 1130 am which will be exact 24 hours.

Around pass 12pm, I called again and the customer care told me that complain have been logged that they will get back to me in 5 days time.

Is this not madness?
Have spend 500 naira calling this people.

You all should be wise while using first bank.
I don't recommend first bank to anyone.

Sometimes, Nigeria banks will tell their customers to wait for 7–14 working days

I don't like any Nigeria bank, but I can manage AccessBank (their recent improvement on CC) & GTBANK.


Overall, Nigeria banks remains less useful.

What a useless bank I have ever seen

So this is true? My sibling also complained to me yesterday that she bought a data worth 500 naira through the same bank last week Saturday, but till date, she has not been credited. No wonder why there branches is locked in Aba. Only God knows why.
Oh, this is no longer First Bank, but Last Bank. Let me kukuma tell my sister to forget it.

If they tell you to wait for 24hours and you don't get a reply don't bother going there again just send a message to cbn asking them to help you resolve the issue, first bank will contact you immediately.

There are so backward. Is this not fraud?
