Soon a psychiatric report will come that he is not mentally aright and the case will be dismissed, allowing the accused becoming a free citizen and a potential killer in society.

If there is a psychological report which I doubt he will get, because it will have to come from a respectable hospital, but if he gets it that he is not sound, then he will be held in a mental home for life

Very well he can claim insanity, doesn't mean he will be left off the hook. He will be simply be kept at the governors pleasure in a mental home where the real wereys will deal with him.
