The Cable News Network reported that Russia was ready to send representatives to the Belarusian capital of Minsk to talk with Ukraine. This was according to a readout from Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, in response to the request of the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. “Following Zelensky’s proposal to discuss the neutral status of Ukraine, Putin can send representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign Ministry and his administration to negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation,” the readout said. The readout added that Minsk was chosen as the venue for the proposed talk. In the meantime, CNN reported that Ukraine was under significant pressure, as Russian forces appeared to be closing in on Kyiv. The report indicated that the Russian forces have entered the Obolon district in the north of the city, just a few miles from its centre. Zelensky is a fool but it seems he's not as foolish as I thought  Russian armored vehicles are just few kilometers away from kyev now. Russian troops have secured the airport just outside kyev which mean russia can reinforce those troops and launch the final attack. When that happens, Zelensky will either be held prisoner, if they catch him or be exiled So, he called putin few hours saying he's ready to talk about Ukraine's neutrality. putin declined. Meanwhile, after Putin had a call with Xi, he has now told zelensky to go to minsk, Belarus and he'll send a diplomat to hear what he has to say. Russia won the battle but lost the war. No single European country openly supported them . I am hoping to see China stance on this |
