They are not improving on themselves. For example Rashford and Greenwood are very predictable, defenders know Greenwood will always try to take a shot once he is in 18 yard box.
Rashford will always run aimlessly and cluelessly. A good footballer need to be intelligent.
For example Bruno Fernandez is an intelligent player.
