USA and Russia really betrayed Ukraine full time. It is still because of the failure of Russia to keep up with that Assurance that made Ukraine to Run to NATO but still wasn't admitted and today, they are fighting alone.

First; Stop being emotional and calling the west names. The Memorandum, was signed by Russia, Ukraine, Britain and the US, promised that none of the nations would use force or threats against Ukraine and all would respect its sovereignty and existing borders. The agreement also vowed that, if aggression took place, the signatories would seek immediate action from the United Nations Security Council to aid Ukraine.

It wasn’t signed by just US and NATO like you insinuated.

2. Ukraine does have the physical missiles at hand on its territory but they don’t have the control and command over it. All Soviet nuclear weapons are only controlled from Moscow.
Ukraine would need to build its own control center from scratch, this will most likely cause issues with its new neighbor Russia, the allies (US, UK) cos they were trying to support them with funds then.
