In a country where there is

1.Who Wants To Be A Millionaire

2. Nigerian Idol

3. Cowbellpedia

4. The Voice

The youths choose to throw their weight behind a certain useless and uneducative show... Can such a country be said to have a bright future??

What reward? A show that have the already selected few. i wonder how it rewards real talent. pls tell nairalanders how Nigerian Idol rewards true talents when the winners are already selected before the show.

Or maybe the season 3 and 4 i participated in was fluke while this season 7 is the real deal?

Abeg make we hear word! its all arranged. Hustle your thing and pray to God until you make it.
I understand your grievance

Many thoughts the same but later realized that the chosen process is a fair one. My friend sister was selected and we were roommate then in school, we lived in the same town, now the same street. She felt that people were handpicked until it was a goal for her.

I think this year's judges are too soft. They let people who didn't perform well but who pleaded with them, to pass

Hmm. The Extras channel is a good way to while time. I don’t think I’ll follow the live shows.

Simi go school. Stupid Nairalanders who can’t express themselves in writing always attack Covenant uni. See Simi representing the school very well. D’Banj with all his exposure finds it difficult to put thoughts to words. Sad. Obi gives an uncle vibe which makes Simi cautious when joking with him. She’s loosened up, sha, it was expected. She’s doing a good job for the meantime.

The moderators should move this thread to the proper section. The thread will have more participation.

This is how the thread will remain untouched because we have stupid moderators in this forum. The only people more idiotic than the moderators are regular visitors themselves. We don’t know how to demand good services just like in the real world.
