There is a war going b/w Russia and her neighbour while there is no in Nigeria. Just agitation for a better Nigeria.

The funny aspect of the protest is that if it is mismanaged, and it degenerates to a revolution that leads to the ousting of Putin, many anti-US folks will not see it as a consequence of Putin's dictorship and tyranny but label it as an American sponsored protest.

Russians are hardly republican.

Let me clarify this, Russia is very poor in terms of logistics, education, technical know how, technology backwards in this 21st century, poor innovation and many more.

Very poor in land battle only rely on fighters jet , yet most of her fighters jet were brought down by ill-equipped Ukrainian soldiers. Imagine a country that to challenge western allies talkless usa .

I can bet Nigeria army can take on Russia . I'm very happy that the world is seeing her weakness in the battle field. Her soldiers not highly trained with this modern age. Russia is exhibiting poor skill. In fact her soldiers not trained on their own weapons and this is the nation that want to challenge USA.

But it is practice and experience that brings about competence.
Even the Nigerian Army will be a lot more capable today than it was in 1999 when it returned to the barracks.
Russia has not fought a major war for decades unlike America that does so every two decades on average.
The Russian armed forces will get better with time and tide.

Same reason. The fear of collateral damage which will drive more people into the arms of Boko Haram.
That has been the limitations of asymmetric warfare all over the world.
Vietnam and Afghanistan wars have taught the world that fundamentalists simply cannot be defeated by force of arms alone.
If the Ukraine conflict becomes a 'fundamentalist' war then Russia will certainly be defeated.... no matter how long it takes.

It was team work. Read your history very well.

The first defeat of the Nazis came in North Africa championed by the British and American forces. (the British did most of he fighting). The result was that Hitler could not get his hands on Mid east and North African oil (which he badly needed for his mechanized forces which was the lynch pin of his successes.) After that he had to rely on synthetic oil and trickle reserves coming from Scandinavia.

The turning point of World War 2 came above the United Kingdom and the English channel when the RAF singularly defeated the Luftwaffe and ended Germany Airforce. An Airforce that will have paid dividends in Russia.

Hitler decided to turn east for the oil reserves in the Urals when America was dragged into the war (because he knew an Allied landing in Europe was going to happen) but without an Airforce and long supply chains to his divided armored forces he lost the battle to take Russia. Mark you he was just 25 miles to Moscow when the tide turned. Without fuel much of his armoured resources were abandoned and the fighting became his infantry versus Russia's armored. He lost.

in the meanwhile the allies had landed in France and so Hitler had to fight on two fronts against three mighty armies. He just could not survive. No one is doubting that Russia is a formidable force. But they are hyped way beyond their capabilities. You can imagine some people even claiming that Russia can take down the US, isn’t that the highest level of clownery.

It's damn near impossible to stop buying oil and other commodities from Russia because they are main suppliers. Russia is the 2nd largest oil producer after Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and other opec countries cannot provide oil for the whole world without Russia. Stopping the nordstream 2 project was one of Europe sanctions against Russia but was about the main Nord stream? Nobody is mentioning it because they know that it's basically impossible to stop it because again Europe DEPENDS ON RUSSIA FOR ENERGY!!
