Sending a military aid is different from be part of EU. They are sending weapons and supporting Ukraine with money is different.
Ukrainians that are in Poland are called refugees not EU citizens.
Kosovo are getting billions every year from EU and USA and NATO even have a military bases there but KOSOVO is not a member of NATO or EU.

The richest are west and North followed by south than East
The Eastern blocs want Ukraine to join because they are not contributing anything to EU.

In fact, one of the journalists asked Boris today that why can't they close Ukraine air space, Boris response was closing the air space means should Russia violate it , Russia jets would be shut down which will directly involved Usa, EU and Nato allies in the conflict which they dont want.
