You are free to believe in delusion if that will console you. Delusion can never rewrite history that Russia helped Nigeria during civil war.

It's ignorant to assume USSR needs to meet Britain before having a deal with Nigeria. Nigeria gained independence in 1960, not after the civil war.

Independence in 1960 is not different from independence in 2021,2022 where Nigeria signed several deals with various countries without needing British approval.

Afterall one Obafemi Awolowo went back to Britain to beg for war equipment to kill his fellow black people in Biafra. The same Britain he spent his youth fighting off in his struggle against colonialism and imperialism... Just to cage the igbos, the West and the north went back to beg Britain to come and fight their war for them. Today, Nigeria collects less from her Oil revenue than the western oil companies as a result of the agreements signed to commit the genocide in the East.. That's also how Nigeria became a failed state from day one.

One stupid Ojukwu beat his chest, lost over 3m of his people, then fled in mini skirt to ivory coast. That's why no ibo man has been allowed to rule Nigeria since then. That's why there's almost zero economic opportunities in the region. That's why people from that region rather live outside their region, amongst their 'enemies', than living in their own region.
