Freezing the accounts would have been against the while point of crypto currencies being decentralized and safe Right now crypto would probably be one the things Russian citizens in Russia are bagging on the secure them for the future due to the downward spiral of the Russian ruble and the economic uncertainty due of the sanctions placed by the west And I don't think Russian citizens should suffer for the decision made by their leaders, same thing with banning them from sports organizations like the athletes where the ones who gave Putin the go ahead to declare war on Ukraine thereby taking away the athletes source of living Its not like banning from sports would change Putin's mind, that'll be the least on his mind Russian citizens are even protesting against the war even though they are being arrested but still sanctions targeting the citizens with little of zero effect on the Russian government are still being placed which is uncalled for |
