Some of us have been thinking about distribution of Dangote Refinery products by sea to Depots . We need to see how the railway track would he linked to National Railway track. IDDO to LFTZ is not an easy route.

We already have a national policy that our rail system must terminate at our ports so rail connection to that axis is just a matter of time, even the proposed coastal railway is originating from the same axis in Lagos.

This is very commendable. I applaud him and his colleagues for this initiative.

This project is going to be a huge project if the track will extend from Ido through Island all the way to Lekki.

Alternatively will be to extend the metroline that terminates at Marina all the way through VI to Lekki. A lot of properties will be on its right of way but it is doable.

It is a huge project and I think it should not only serve the refinery, it should connect to the Lekki Deep Seaport and connect to Apapa, while Apapa leads to the Apapa port, there should be future plans to link it to the Badagry Deep Sea port project to commence in June this year.

If you have an investment outside Lagos, please bring it to Lagos.

FYI, Dangote go use Una eye see shege. you think his refinery is an NGO? He and his politician friends have invested billions on that refinery and he will milk all of us dry to recoup his investment. If you want to have an idea, look what he’s doing to us with his cement. It will be worse with his refinery.
The cynic in me tells me that the current fuel scarcity is artificially manufactured to position Dangote’s refinery as the messiah in the minds of Nigerians. If our country has to depend on Dangote for refined petroleum products, we are in a big mess. That I’m afraid, his politician friends will do all they can to help him maintain a stranglehold on our economy and lives. God help us.
