It's natural that one hates men who grow too powerful to bend laws and society's to their will. Men who basically get away with anything. Surely we all strive for a more equitable society.

Surely we all hope for an ideal world. I don't understand the grouse you will have with that. I have said that if I "do" something wrong, I hope to be shamed into submission. If I had backtracked and then been against abortion, then you have the legs to stand on and call me a hypocrite. Acknowledging the difficulty of a situation surely isn't.

Which leads to my next point, Vindman did not only break his chain of command, he did so by going to Democrats both outside of the white house and the military. He went to Erica Ciaramella who worked for Adam Schiff who is a sworn enemy of Trump and the man who started the now failed impeachment proceedings. Again, proving that Vindman did not whistleblow out of integrity but out of his own political leaning and agenda and he provided highly classified info to individuals who did not have the clearance to listen to that information.

Third, Vindman's job as the NSC was to listen to the president's call on Ukraine and where necessary give advice since he was fully knowledgeable on the language and some of their military strategy whilst also translating properly whatever the Ukrainians had to say to the US, period. It was not his duty to insist that the president followed his counsel. Vindman got butthurt because he gave counsel that his C-in-C did not accept, so in retaliation, he decided to report on a part of the phone call where he gave his own interpretation of what the president said. Time proved him to be a liar by the way.

Fourth, Vindman is no longer in the service. Any wonder why he retired? He did so because he had broken a military 'bro code' and he knew nobody within the military was ever going to take him seriously so he had to retire. If he had the professional ethics and integrity that libtards think he had, he should have resigned as soon as he heard something he felt he needed to report. Then, he would have been free to do what he did - whether right or wrong - but he did not.
