Zelensky defiantly reveals he is at his Kyiv office, ‘not hiding’

Ukrainian President Vlaodomyr Zelensky has released a new middle-of-the-night video, rallying his people and decrying Russian shelling of civilian areas.

Zelensky starts the video by aiming his phone out of the window, defiantly proving he is at his office in Kyiv, and not hiding.

“I’m not afraid of anyone. For as long as it takes to win this war,” he says, according to a Sky News translation.

He says negotiations with Russia are ongoing, but vows they will be pushed out and the damage rebuilt.

“You are not retreating. We are not retreating,” he says, describing the “nightmare” that the Ukrainian resistance has brought upon Moscow.

“”We will rebuild everything. We will make our cities that the occupier destroyed better than any city in Russia.”

But he also lashes out at the Russians for what he describes as inhuman bombing campaigns, include on strike that destroyed a bread factory, killing several people, according to Ukraine, and bomb damage to a church.

“They shot up a bread factory. Why? An old bread factory,” he says. “Who do you have to be to do such a thing?”

“And to destroy another church in Zhytomyr oblast, the Church of the Blessed Virgin built in 1862. These are not people,” he adds.

If Zelensky cared about his people, he would not force the men to remain in Ukraine and fight against Russia. What happened to their human rights and freedom of movement?

Fuccking free loader. So it was good to leave your country where you had all the freedom to go to theirs but when shit hit the fan, you are the first to run away. When they have fought and died to keep the place, you want to sneak back. It is the civic duty of a citizen to defend his or her country. It is the honorable thing to do.
The students who are not from there should not be allowed to fight but should be given the option. There is no bravery or courage in what this man is doing.

There is no bravery in allowing a war that you could have prevented it is foolishness and stupidity. Look at it now the country is being destroyed people are dying and getting displaced and the west he relied upon can only send in weapons. He'll still flee the country when Russian troops close in on him.

He is just forming braveery on social media I am very sure he is in a heavily fortfied guarded bunker that ordinary Ukrainians don't have access to and you call that bravery/heroism?. He is not a hero.

A hero would avoid this war at all cost just because he does not want bloodshed, A hero would avoid this war because he doesn't want this beautiful country destroyed even if it means making peace with Russia and working out things before the war started but Zelensky remained adamant he continued using NATO/EU to threaten Russia by pledging his country's allegiance to the alliance.

A hero would appease a heavily armed enemy for the sake of his people in order to allow peace to reign. A hero prefers to tread the path of peace rather than war. Zelensky is no hero but a fool.
