You can't really choose which shipping agency is used even though it's been noticed that most items shipped from mainland china come through speedaf while anything from hongkong must be Nipost.
N.B. if you ship an untrackable package and it is delivered through speedaf when it gets to Nigeria they'll still hand it over to Nipost

It's pretty easy, just download AliExpress app, register, search for the product and you want to buy, select buy then add your address and contact details and pay using one of your bank cards

That's the decision of CBN policy meeting or whatever they call it - CBN will not be funding commercial banks Forex from 2023. So, banks have started the early implementation.

But 3 of my unregistered items with NG..E tracking number that came through speedaf was not handed over to nipost but i was asked to come pick them or home delivery for a fee of 400 Naira. It is because of it tracking number.

I think they don't hand over that of people in Lagos, I stand to be corrected.

I know unregistered Speedaf items to Lagos, Abuja and PH are handled by Speedaf, not NIPOST.

No, they have ridiculous cost if you ask them to use their agent. One was telling me to pay $174 for shipping a 1.2kg item.

Get your own agent, it'll be cheaper.
