Become friends with moringa tea and zobo drink. But your personal brewed zobo is the best so that you can minimize the sugar content or cut it off from the drink.

But moringa tea does wonders... Super markets dey get am.

You are mixing things up,60 is the retirement age but 35years is the maximum number of years you can spend in service

When you are 60 years or have served 35 years, whichever comes first.

His age (60 years) comes first.

When I saw him during Anambra state governorship election, I thought he was not well. He was massively obesse and breathed with difficulty.

May he rest in peace.

With his obvious health complications I thought he should have resigned peacely to take care of his failing health but this is Nigeria they would rather die than throw in the towel.
RIP big man

This senior police officer died because he allowed his weight to balloon, leaving him looking like a stranded whale.

There are far too many lazy fat phucks waddling about in the military and police forces of Nigeria, and the best way to ensure that all the expensive training does not go to waste due to early death is for STRINGENT physical fitness test to be imposed for ALL arms of the military and law enforcement from the lowest rank to the top brass.

Any soldier, sailor, airman, or policeman who cannot perform 30 pushups before taking a rest, or who cannot bench-press their own body weight at least five times, or who cannot cover a 100-yard dash in less than 15 seconds, should be placed in a mandatory exercise program and then re-tested a month later.

Any enlisted military person or policeman of any rank who fails that follow-up test should be booted out of the force right away and reverted back to civilian life so as not to constitute a burden on the government health care budget.

That archaic African mentality that equates being a lazy fat slob with being wealthy, should be consigned to the dustbin of history once and for all, so that a new regime of staying physically fit for life can be introduced to society, starting with the military and police.

God punish the thief and bigger criminals.
Let him go and face an impartial and unbaised judge who preside over a court where bribes cannot be offered nor kickbacks taken.

No, it's not a big loss anything. Una go just dey repeat common tropes. Big loss ko. Corrupt man that hasn't left any good legacy behind. Just as corrupt as his junior abba kyari that he refused to positively indict. That's how they'll all die one after the other.

To every man, a good and bad sides non is perfect
Good legacy or bad legacy we shall surely die someday and opinions, comments like yours will definitely come up...that is Life.

That's not the point. Don't use the certainty of death to play down the more important point that he FAILED as a public servant. Whether I'll die (which is a certainty) or anyone else will die does not detract from the point that people like DIG Egbunike blundered very important opportunities to help change the country from the festered cespool of corruption that it currently is. For that reason he was grossly imperfect and failed woeful. That is the more important point.

Its not a coincidence, he was killed pure and simple. He probably knows too much in that Abba Kyari case and has been silenced. The mere fact that people dont even reason along that line shows how daft Nigerians are? Maybe they rather feign ignorant..Hypocrites...re-echoed
