Yesterday 9th of March, 2022, at about 2:00 PM, around Sun City Estate Abuja. A man flag me down shouting drop, drop. I decided to pick him to his destination. On our way going, he received a call from someone and told the person on phone that he has started going that he will soon be back and the person told him to drop a key at the mechanic. He then told me to please branch along the way to the mechanic. On reaching the location of the mechanic which is Galadimawa Roundabout, going to games village, he removed my car key from the ignition and pulled out his ID card that he is a member of NURTW.

He then ask for their registration documents and 3 items. To cut the long story short, the Sum 9500 naira was forcefully collected from me after my car tires was diflated.

Yes o. Be careful of how you pick people in Abuja. Those NURTW People are wicked people. They believe as bolt driver you are making big money and they must have their own share of your money.

This is not my first experience with them. In our course of discussion I will be sharing some of the things I discovered about their wicked act.

The areas they mostly operates inside town are: Area 1 under and on top of the bridge. Area 3 junction, Apo Bridge

Outside town, Galadimawa roundabout, Nyanyan under bride, even when you pay gate fee to pick a rider inside Nyanyan park, they will collect 300 Naira from you.

Mainly, they use 3 tactics to extort money from you.
