WHAT IS THE DIFFERENT BETWEEN HIGH COURT OF EBONYI STATE AND FEDERAL HIGH COURT, ABUJA.


No matter the back door approach, PDP can never smell Government House, Ebonyi State, abusing a court process just to get a judgement whereas a court of same power has earlier passed/delivered judgement on same matter can never work.

On the purported claim of the Sack

A High Court in Ebonyi State which is of same and equal jurisdiction had on Monday 28th, February passed a judgement sacking the application for the sack of on the basis of lacking merit and furtherance argued that there is no provision in the constitution that provides for defection as one of the grounds for the vacation or removal of a person as Governor or as Deputy Governor.

He cited certain judicial pronouncements on similar matters especially at Appellant Courts, leading to his victory in the Abakaliki Division of High Court on Monday 28th February, 2022.

If not the purpose of distraction, has PDP got any other thing to gain? Absolutely NO.
Instead of wailing , they should go and appeal the earlier judgement as delivered on 28th February ,2022 by Justice Henry Njoku of Abakaliki High Court.
It is no doubt that the rising profile of His Excellency, Engr Chief David Nweze Umahi Fnse, fnate is intimidating the PDP Ebonyi State, APC is Ebonyi and Ebonyi State is APC and as such we refuse to be distracted.

I call on all members and supporters of All Progressives Congress APC, Ebonyi State to go about their normal business unperturbed as this distraction called Abuja Judgement cannot see the light of the day thus it is an abuse of court process.

To me their are simple thing as simple as abcd that we should understand, I support the recent judgement sacking the governor and deputy, let's stop using loop holes in constitution to make excuses, now going by constitution or electoral act, we don't have individual or independent candidate rather to become a governor you must join a party and campaign on a platform of a party and on the day of voting, the voting paper that a voter must thumb print is a party name and logo and not a governor or individual name so on the bases of these, the electorate voted for a party not individual and as such the party won the election so if he the governor is cross carpeting to another party he should as well vacate the sit simple.

This is just mere assumptions there’s not anything like this in our constitution
