Where is your proof. The OP is talking about the FT. Even if it's true, do you think it strange for a nation to seek help from a friendly nation? Do you think America can fight Russia alone, for example? Not possible for America alone to fight Russia and win; but America can defeat Russia with the combined strength of NATO.
