I also heard one in my area, happened this same previous week. A bike man and an elderly man. I was told the elderly man sent the bike to get him recharge card. On getting back, the elderly man has taken the bike. I learnt that the guy just got the bike and he's still paying on instalments.

He has not given the full spec of the laptop, and that is deliberate

Core i3, i5 or i7?
What generation Intel cpu?
What is the screen resolution? HD, full HD, qhd?
But that is how you laptop hustlers do,not so?

Why should I pay 150k when the full spec or condition of a device is not shown?

On ebay they give you device condition - grade a to grade d, and they give the FULL specs of the device.

What is there to appreciate in deliberately obtuse specs?
