Seems you're a corporate person... It's understandable. The beauty of working from home is that it gives me time. You can work out on weekends, like Saturdays. 2hrs is enough.

I work from home too most times. But the laziness to just get registered with a gym is the issue. I even started basketball again like 3 weekends back but i broke my middle finger taking a bad pass. I'm still trying to work something out tho like 3 times a week at least. Or i just get some dumbbells and weight to help.
