This picture was taken at a Kharkiv train station in Ukraine.

Seeing what's happening here, I join other citizens of the globe to call upon the Ukrainian Leaders to know that the collateral effects of this war are directly borne by their own people. They should therefore throw in the towel and use ADR methods going forward to gain leverages for Ukrainians. This war shouldn't have happened, not with Russia.

When i see how over-confidence took Russia into a conflict with poor and weak Ukraine, i remember our own Fulanis that are over-confident about wars.

Russia will likely destroy itself, it's military and its economy by foolishly attacking a "weak" Ukraine because it thought it had multiple armored tanks, warplanes, artillery and soldiers more than weak Ukraine could ever have.

In the same manner, Nigerian Fulani leaders see war outcome as merely who has more planes, tanks, and artillery at the start of the war. Therefore, there is a ruinous over-confidence to rush to war at the slightest opportunity instead of dialogue.

Russia will learn the bitter lessons of the Romans, the Nazis, and all other mighty empires in history. War isn't always a straightforward affair.

We are talking about salvaging the Ukrainian situation. They are the worse hit because Ukraine is the theater of this war. Russia is only suffering economic sanctions imposed by the West, while majority of their citizens are not under any direct threat.

This is how a coward talks. Russia invaded Ukraine and started a war. But you want Ukraine to quickly surrender their land to Russia to avoid war?

My position stems from the fact that you stand in the compound of a coward, to point at the ruins that are the former habitat of a brave man (Chinua Achebe). It is therefore in Ukraine's best interest to put its hands up in the air and call for a ceasefire.
