Get their dollar card, thou you'd have to have a DOM account.

You still have to buy dollars from black market to fund the dollar card.

The guy I asked in their branch I went today told me that "they have returned the limit on their cards for international transactions to $300 per month, effective from yesterday 17/03/2022"

I did not belief him though, cos I know he is not sure of what he is saying.
