I know of a girl that gave a false rape story on facebook , when she got enough followers , she later came back and told us it was a fake story , she apologized to the woman that people attacked for saying the story was fake , she said 3 guys raped her 2 died while the remaining one is sending her msgs on facebook to forgive her , one woman was so smart she told her she is the one controlling both accounts . I didn't know how easy it was for people to circulate false news until the endsars and covid period , especially those stupid WhatsApp voicenotes , I saw one story and 5 different voices were saying they were the main witness and they sha added their own spice to it but any deaf person could hear that it was the same story and "one said I'm a girl the Sars raped my brother and I witnessed it and he died , another one said Sars raped my friend and he passed away before my eyes , the other one said I saw them raping him and I quickly hid" but all of you were the only witnesses but una no see each other , so many dramatic Twitter fake stories , we couldn't know what to believe anymore , they were toying with our emotions , some shediots would legit go and look for trouble just to gain some kind of social media honour , distracting us from real people who were in pain


Fake stories everywhere , they even released a video of an ordinary civilian calling out buhari from years ago and said it was recent and that this ordinary civilian was the president of turkey and people believed it and at a point when I brought evidence that they were uploading false news , everyone attacked me that I don't know what is going on and blah blah blah , they posted barbaric videos from other countries and said it was a result of our current endsars riot meanwhile those videos were released years ago and they were another African country , omo no evidence no belief , if she's being honest the police should be involved , I mean it could've cost her life , I would've gone straight to church but with how she's even talking my brother m y brother I don't believe this is her story , it might be something that happened to someone she knows but definitely not her , she didn't even refer to the man as bastard or ritualist.
