Laca stabilize the midfield. He cannot be dropping deep midfield and playing the role of no.10 and you still expects him to score goals. Go and rewatch our last ten matches and see how weak our midfield is any time Laca is substituted. Arteta will not even remove Laca if arsenal is playing draw because he knows the value of his work rate.
