Hello Nairalanders.

I'm thinking of getting a self contained apartment for 350k with service charge of 85k quarterly, everything going to 700k annually.

Please what do you think? Is this too much

I need you guys suggestions and advices

At 300k a month your annual income would be 3.6m.
20% of this is 720k.

So if you're spending just 20% of your income on rent then you are very safe.

PS: I can hook you up with a nice apartment with this budget.

Not at all, is like saving 60k a month for rent, 240k remaining
