Good morning nairalanders.

What does it mean when an uncompleted building is marked by the government?
What steps am I to take in a situation like this because I know it involves money and cash no too dey ground.

Please I need suggestions on how to go about it and easiest way out.

Go to there nearest office for more information or if there is any paper/ letter pasted on wall check it and call the number there
Or if there is no paper there you can wait till they comes around again
