The only difference is that all these criminals were prosecuted. Unlike in your zoo where the govt sits back and let criminals run rampage our govt actually does something. And please don't act as if you don't have a homeless situation in Lagos too. The only reason why this is a big issue now is because we have an interim governor but after the elections most of these issues will be resolved by the new county govt.

Let us know which part of Nairobi and the ransoms which are been paid. This is the first time I am hearing this. In Nigeria as high as 65% of the people which are kidnapped and not even reported to the police. Most of the people pay settlement with the kidnappers without involving police
