May I tell you the contractor on the next building to the one you visited got everything wrong during its construction.

I mean foundation, building size, material used etc that they had to go back to the foundation after getting to the first floor slab.

Guess what? They didn’t rubbish the job. They fixed it at a huge cost to the owner of the project who happens to be the owner of the estate.

Your snide remark seems like a smart one but guess what you’re only hurting the man who engaged you and not doing him any good.

I was on a project all of you worked on. We fixed stuffs and I never bothered rubbing it on you except money121 because I know it might come at extra cost to the client and he send his guys to fix it. No noise!

Do you know what it means to do a water tank that more than 1.5m section of the tank had to be buried under the ground? It’s being wasteful and not being smart.

PS,if I get to a site and it requires that I bury a whole 20m into the ground to get required solid ground that will handle the weight of my tank stand, I will do exactly that. I will rather not be "smart" and "wasteful" than to build something that will sink into the ground thereby risking the lives and property of my clients who sweated to pay me for the job.

If you can't handle "over 50 components" of a building and deliver, kindly stick to one component. You can simply remain an internet engineer who will give freely advice instead of dragging your clients through this type of mess back to back.

In the last 48 hours, the visit and engagement on the site kobocity.com has increased by 104%. The highest we ever had in the last 4 months.

Since we got into all this whole brouhaha, we’ve completed 3 projects that belong to people here. A lot of those attacking me knew this but just can’t say anything:

Our resident building fraudster is a hardened criminal and sociopath, and has no intention to repay. All the reasoning and appealing to his conscience being done has no effect on him at all.

His poverty mentality is what has ensured that he has not grown his business from being a petty fraudster for almost a decade. People who met him on this platform have outgrown him in multiples

He is already moving on to the "next scam" He has been working with this scam format for years with "success" on this platform.

If they are just engaging in untoward behaviour once or twice a year, they may be able to stay under the radar so spend quality time on research. That they post often does not mean they are legit.

The first thing is to always search the name of the contractor and also search with the words “fraud” “scammer” “scam” “fraudster “ etc with the username. You may decide to gamble still go ahead after finding troubling results but you can be almost certain that you will never recover the full amount if things go south and on top of ponying up extra money to fix the fraudster’s scam, you may spend even more money trying to recover that “half bread.”

We fixed what we can fix and I called back the subcontractors involved to come and fix issues identified.

In his own case, they fix and wanted to dump the bill on the contractor who’s not dead or unreachable because someone advised so.

If you don’t baba, forget about it.

Yes they did, both where written on every page of the 4 sets of drawings I submitted to them. They kept 1 set and returned 3 to me.

Each page also has 2 stamps.

The 50K I later paid at the site was for something they mentioned later that I didn't pay for.

There was no other disturbance after that.
