Redmi 11pro is within my budget, but I said I want to stay off it.

Since you prefer Samsung S series compared to A series, you can still get a US used Samsung note 9 or you buy a brand new Samsung S9+.

Tecno phones are crap. But I like them simply because they are helping poor people own phones.

120k won't get you what you want. Maybe 150k ish.
I no longer spend unnecessarily on phones, having had my fill of jumping from one flagship to the next. if you can add 40k I recommend the Poco f3.
