As if you pay your taxes nor donated even a dime to your village hospital. In terms of healthcare, Obiano is among the few states with low federal allocations that deplored massive resources to transform healthcare in his state. He even periodically doles out millions of naira to private hospitals to buy specific equipment or build specific specialty care units.
