What is awarded bro? Let stop being sentimental.. Nigeria has never lacked awarding or starting of projects, what Nigeria lacked was completed projects. When have u heard us looking for uncompleted projects? It is lying all over the country.. What is important is completion.. Even in life a man u starts and never finishes is not recognized.. If u start school and Dont finish no one regards u more that the people who finished and graduated
