There are only two camps: Those who want the presidency to go to the south because it is their turn (and rightly so), and those who want the presidency to go to Atiku (masquerading as pro-consensus or 'throw it open') because they feel he is the strongest candidate the PDP has to defeat ANY candidate the APC puts forward.

I am certain that if the PDP had a candidate as formidable as Atiku in the south, nobody would have been clamoring for the zoning to go to the north or be thrown open.

I also do not think the push for a northern candidate is because they love Atiku so much, PDP are desperate to win the election. But I think things may get a little tricky if APC picks a south east flagbearer and PDP gives it to Atiku.

If APC goes southeast and PDP does same, PDP should probably win the election. If APC goes anywhere outside south east and PDP gives it to Atiku, APC will be trashed.

APC only stands a chance if they go south east and PDP gives it to Atiku.

Mumu talk
Tell PDP to give the southeast their ticket, then await what becomes of PDP.

If pdp end up not able to zone their presidential ticket to the south and allow atiku to use his looted billions to win the ticket am 100% certain that atiku will loose the election to the apc southern presidential candidate no matter who he is. How can another fulani man replace buhari after a whole miserable eight years? Southerers like dopkesi and gov.obaseki that are shamelessly campaigning for atiku are extremely very foolish and confused.

APC will never make mistake of giving her ticket to south-easterner, in fact SE don't deserve it going by the love they have for PDP.
Let me remind you Incase you have forgotten, the same SE you want APC to give her ticket to called the party "Islamic party, ewedu and Amala party", insulted fulani and tagged every crime committed in SE to fulani. The same SE called yorubas "Fulani slaves" just because they choose to aline with them politically and go as far as killing a fulani man in SE.

If every Nigerian has a retentive memory, I don't think any one will want to even vote for any SE candidate coming from any party because the hatred they show towards other tribe is too much.

Let SE demands presidency ticket from their beloved PDP because it's obvious they still hate the party called APC and you can't hate something and still want to benefit from it.

Can you name the igbo leaders that called yorubas fulani slaves and apc islamic party?

Sincerely I don’t think any Southern Candidate in PDP can beat Tinubu.

If APC gives Tinubu the Presidential ticket then it’s over already. Tho I believe Osibanjo might be the favorite.
Look if PDP give his ticket to Peter Obi as a consensus,he will beat Tinubu 100 times if election is conducted 100 times, even many reasonable yoruba people will vote for obi.

How you guys confidently type complete nonsense and it makes sense to you should be studied in university. What kind of fvckery is this?

See, if PDP field Peter Obi and APC field SEUNMSG, I will win the election before 10am on Election Day. The rest of Nigeria are not interested in electing an Igbo president. It’s not palatable to say but it’s the bitter truth we need to tell you guys.

So you see, no serious political party will field a SE candidate. Not even the PDP that you guys have labored for since 1999 not to talk of APC that you have no stake in. It is what it is bro, stop dreaming of a SE presidency in 2023, it’s not happening. cool

Let no man boast as for tomorrow because it is not in your power. Let everyone humble himself despite achievement because it is very temporary. Even Socrates considered himself of little knowledge and yet his thoughts are still quoted over a century after life.

The truth s that for pdp to produce the next president. they must view issues beyond sectionalism. the best they should do ls permutation thereby zoning the presidency to opposite of where the APC Zones hers to. Otherwise they are merely n for a fruitless battle.

Not that PDP has no formidable candidate in the south but that their main Financier has mouth diarrhea, he talks recklessly insulting every body across the board, he never thought that he will one day leave his comfort zone in the creeks to go up North or West scampering for votes,

Tinubu will get the APC ticket but the party is most likely to break up after then, because fulanis don't want to live power. He is the most prepared politically, financially, educational, thuggery, and intelligently ready. But his tribes men are well know for treachery. Nigeria's will find it hard to trust and forgive him for the error of 2015.

Tambuwa, saraki; these two know it's the turn of the south but that thing that comes over u when you've stolen too much money and gotten away with is what is affecting them. No political strength even in their state but they just want to come out.

Peter Obi, he never builth a political structure since he left office but people just believe in him. As far as Nigerian politics is concern, he is not serious enough for someone aspiring to be president, he really needs the backing of the powers that be to win a PDP slot and even the presidency. People believe he's prudent good, but Nigeria needs more than that.

Atiku, Another northerner who want to spend money knowing fully well it is not the turn of his region. He stands for nothing, no moral neither does he have shame but just believes his Fulani brothers in Aso rock will dance towards him so he can continue the Fulani agenda to take over Nigeria. Another thief who believes he can buy the party and the country with his stolen wealth. This one has no plan for himself, he just watches what's happening and dance towards it.

Nyesom Wike, Another thug like tinubu actually he has stood with the PDP all his career, he is someone that can be trusted and deserves the PDP ticket. He is also bright, intelligent loyal to those with him. His biggest strength is that you will not cheat him, let's do it free and fair or else wahala go dey. He can not be bullied out. How much he will perform as president that I can not tell.

Anyway, if we are to have a good election, I'll say Tinubu vs Wike. These are the two who have the doggedness, confidence, financial prowess followership and all that the Nigerian political system demands. In fact, they are the two people whose "head dey there" to battle it out for the highest political office of the land.

I'll advice Nigerians, that whatever party they support let's give it to these two.
